Biography:
Chad Rawson is a Certified Public Accountant with experience in real estate finance, leasing and property management. He has specific knowledge and skills in Financial Modeling and Analysis and Budgeting and Forecasting. Prior to joining the Mattiace Company in 2018, he was a Senior Associate for KPMG, LLP, a Staff Accountant with Haddox Reid Eubank Betts, PLLC, and a Financial Analyst / Property Manager with Rose Properties, LLC.
Mr. Rawson holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Master of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University.
